At Draycott Nursing & Care, we recognise the importance of providing comfort and dignity to those nearing the end of life.
After a tremendous amount of hard work from the team at Draycott, we’re proud to announce that we have received accreditation from the Gold Standards Framework (GSF) for excellence in end-of-life care. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to those in the final stages of life.
The Gold Standards Framework is a nationally recognised model for providing outstanding end-of-life care. It emphasises comfort, dignity, and personalised support, ensuring that individuals’ wishes are respected and their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
The GSF report of Draycott found:
“Draycott puts teamwork at the centre of all their decision making and their implementation of the GSF. They have a client centred focus, which is professional and enthusiastic and each team member has an identifiable role in the implementation and embedding of the GSF. As they stated, they are custodians of the wishes of their client and they deliver this role through their compassionate culture”
Managing Director of Draycott, Fiona Wylie commented “We are incredibly proud to receive this Gold Standards Framework accreditation. It is a testament to the dedication and compassion of our team, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure our clients receive the highest standard of care. For our clients and their loved ones, this recognition provides reassurance that Draycott is committed to supporting them with dignity, empathy, and respect at every stage of life
