As a carer with Draycott Nursing & Care you will help with the day-to-day care of our clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, meal preparation and serving, daily activities, care plans and lots more.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Draycott carer you will provide care according to the client’s specific diagnosis and needs. General responsibilities will include:
Communicating effectively with the client and building a strong lasting relationship
Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients
Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app
An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs
Observing and following Draycott’s Health and Safety Policy
Business Support Administrator
About you and the Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced office administrator to join our team. This role will cover the day-to-day administrative support for our office-based operations division, which includes Care coordination team, Nurse Liaisons, HR, Training and sales enquiries.
You will play a critical role in ensuring things run efficiently, and our team feel supported which is especially important for a field-based team. Therefore, you would also need have strong computer literacy, with the ability to manage a wide range of administrative duties efficiently, with the ability also multi-task and work at pace.
Equally your ability to build good relations, collaborating with all levels of the business with a positive, can-do attitude is seen as critical to this role and your success.
Please note that this is an office based role, working generally 5 days within the office, with the occasional day working from home.
Responsibilities
Office Management Activities
Manage mailbox and post and parcel deliveries, IT equipment, and inventories
Call answering
General
Be a point of contact for colleague queries – managing where possible or re-directing to the appropriate team member
Undertake duties as required on an ad hoc basis to support the delivery of effective administration and supporting the organisation
HR and Recruitment
Assist with posting job adverts from a template that attract appropriate candidates
Support with screening carers & nurses
Onboarding and offboarding of field staff ensuring documentation and IT systems are complete, accurate and compliant.
Support with right to work checks / Visas verification and DBS Background Checks
Assist with getting new starters ready for induction and collaborating with the department/liaising with training and care team for onboarding schedule, as well as overseeing induction invites
Ensure all field staff have appropriate access to all relevant IT platforms based on position
Maintain individual personnel files (on People Planner and e-files), making sure that all documents are accurately stored in line with company and statutory requirements
Be a point of contact for social engagement within the team, supporting Draycott event organisation
Providing weekly payroll-related information such, holiday management and accruals, sickness records
Administration of field-based holiday management in collaboration with the coordinator team
Issue field-based staff Birthday cards
Training activities:
E-learning allocation
Support scheduling and recording training attendance
Training certificate distribution monitoring
Operations
Support team with key administrative tasks
ECM to track late visits and prevent missed visits
Support availability management
Proactively engage with bank network of carers and nurses
Monitor utilisation in line with care coordinator team to ensure active carers on the system are regularly communicated with and have a relationship with Draycott, or are offboarded.
Support compliance monitoring & escalating to RM
Assist with audits
Support with paper-based client needs (rota, charts)
Enquiries holiday cover support

Experience and attributes
Proven experience within a similar administrative role
Experience within a Healthcare, domiciliary care or social care setting experience, working within a heavily regulated and compliance based environment would be ideal, but not essential
Experience working with remote field-based teams would be helpful
Ability to collaborate confidently with all levels of the business is essential
Highly organised and detail oriented
Computer literate
Well organised, with the ability multi-task and work at pace
