We are looking to support our clients who have more complex needs, in areas such as below;

Post-operative care
Complex Medications Management

End-of-life care

Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience:

You must be a qualified Nurse (Adult preferable) Band 5 and above
You must have a valid NMC Pin (Required)
Previous experience working in domiciliary care (desirable but not a requirement)

Training Manager

Work Location: London

The main role of our Training Manager is to provide a compliant and effective training service that supports the running of our business, our clients, carers and nurses and to ensure the learning and professional development of those in the Draycott Nursing & Care’s workforce.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met to align with CQC requirements and that documentation and recording process is followed to be fully compliant for all team members
  • Designing bespoke training material to engage the workforce for mandatory care training and ad hoc specialist training. Expand the training and development programmes based on the needs of Draycott Nursing & Care
  • Managing the delivery of training and development programmes
  • Reshape and develop effective induction and orientation programme for both the carer/nurse and head office functions
  • Implement a rolling supervision programme for all care and nursing staff, and monitors and demonstrates that all staff receive necessary supervision

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar or comparable role as a Training Manager
  • NVQ/Diploma minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Understanding of the care sector regulatory environment (CQC)
  • Training experience, preferably in a healthcare environment, domiciliary care and remote workforce

Nurse Liaison

Work Location: London

Our Nurse Liaison role is a ‘face of Draycott’. As a Nurse led business, to be the first point of assessment for our new and existing clients, conducting clinical assessments, and implementing care plans to be followed by our nurses and carers on assignment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the safe onboarding and ongoing need of our clients with clinical needs to Draycott Nursing & Care
  • Assess new clients and complete initial assessment of clinical needs and subsequent care plan implementation – within a 48-hour period of initial assessment.
  • Complete initial risk assessments
  • Liaise with the Care Team to ensure ability to deliver the level of service and care required by the client
  • Together with the Clinical Nurse Manager, ensure the safe transition of the client to receive their individualised care programme, checking there is capacity of care team to deliver the service
  • Maintain a case load of clients
  • Carry out home visits to assess new clients and existing clients with changing or deteriorating needs

Experience

  • Registered nurse (adult) with at least one year community experience
  • Experience of working within a community nursing setting (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate well and appropriately with clients, members of their family, nurses, carers and other members of Draycott Nursing and Care staff & any other individuals who come into contact with Draycott Nursing and Care.
