A new vacancy has become available for a registered nurse who is passionate about delivering the best in homecare/nursing and would like to work for one of London’s top premier nursing and care agencies. You must have a current/maintained registration with the NMC.
Working closely with other professionals in the team, you will work across traditional age barriers to provide a liaison service that is inclusive of all adults aged 18 and over, whilst being supported to develop expert skills in specific areas of liaison. The key responsibilities of this role is to prepare risk assessments and provide care plans for clients in their own homes ensuring that they are updated on a regular basis. Along with excellent communication and organisational skills a professional and customer focused approach is needed including absolute discretion, diplomacy and sensitivity in handling confidential matters and information.
You will be confident in working within the framework of the NMC Code of conduct and promoting these values and standards. Your understanding and knowledge of CQC policy and procedure will be up to date, as will your professional competence in the required areas.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to for an experienced Nurse or Practitioner to work as a Nurse Educator and Skills Trainer as Draycott Nursing grow their training department.
The purpose of the role is to deliver staff training and clinical education packages that meet the needs of Draycott Nursing. You will ensure all mandatory training requirements are met and exceeded and will support staff in developing their clinical skills required to provide the best possible service to Draycott Nursing’s clients contributing to quality improvement.
The successful candidate for this role will be:
• Registered with the NMC as an RGN
• Have successfully completed a recognised mentorship or
• Good working knowledge of CQC requirements and health and safety standard in a domiciliary care setting
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to give presentations
• Have completed training in risk assessments and moving and handling
• Be willing to demonstrate evidence of keeping up to date with health care information changes and to keep teaching material valid
