In which areas do you provide Dementia care services?
While Draycott Nursing & Care’s headquarters are based in Kensington & Chelsea in the west of London, the company is large enough to provide care across the UK whilst also being intimate enough for members of the senior nursing team to be personally involved in the care of all our clients.
Why choose Dementia care at home?
Live-in care or visiting care is an affordable alternative to residential care for those who need someone to be with them day and night. A professional nurse or carer can either reside with you in your own home providing one-to-one, round-the-clock care to give you the best quality of life possible. Alternatively, if one is in the early stages of Dementia, our client may only need a few hourly visits. Whichever you decide we are on hand to guide you and give you our expert advice.
People living with Dementia benefit from one-to-one bespoke care at home and the peace of mind that the familiarity of their surroundings and routine bring.
How do we match our carers and nurses to our clients?
We take great care in pairing our clients with their nurses or carers. Our approach is very much centred around each person to make sure their health and wellbeing needs; physical, emotional and spiritual, are all accounted for.
Who will design my care plan?
Each plan of care is highly personalised and tailored to your individual needs. Where relevant, the plan is put together with input from healthcare professionals involved with your treatment and from family members, and their loved ones.
