Why Draycott is right for you

Why Draycott Is

Right For You

Bespoke care tailored to your needs

We are all individuals, and each situation is different which is why we work with you to create a personal care plan that is right for you. Our approach is very much person centred. Each client will have different requirements and, therefore, an individually tailored and bespoke care plan is specific to each client requirement. Initially, one of our Nurse Liaison team visits each person to match the personality of client to carer taking into account physical, emotional and spiritual aspects.

Hand selected, expertly trained Nurses & Carers

All of our Nurses and Carers undergo a rigorous interview process and psychometric testing to make sure they meet our standards. Once they pass this stage of the process, they then go on to a 5-day induction course which forms part of the whole interview process. Once onboard, our carers have access to a level of training and support which far exceeds the mandatory levels set out by the Care Quality Commission. They are fully supported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and monitored during their placements.

We are passionate about the quality of life, dignity of our clients and the benefits of caring for individuals at home.

Review, reassess, refine

We regularly review and reassess your situation and adjust the level of nursing or care according to your changing requirements. We always endeavour to offer you the most cost effective solution for your unique needs.

We are always there to care

Our care coordinator team have a clinical background and they are on call 24-hours a day, 7-days a week to respond to any queries. Care Managers are available to deal with emergencies 24 hours a day. We work alongside organisations such as Macmillan Support, Marie Curie Cancer Care, Dementia UK and Admiral Nurses. We also work closely with District Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists.

If you are considering care please call us for an informal chat or to arrange a visit from one of our Nurse Liaison Team on +44 (0)20 7351 7171.
