Sharron trained in South Africa as a Registered Nurse. She has many years’ experience working in mission hospital in Africa and in a major hospital in Johannesburg, followed by 16 years spent teaching in the Nursing Department at the University of Witwaterstrand, South Africa before coming to the UK. At Draycott Nursing & Care she is responsible for the training of nurses and carers.
Dawn joined in February 2020, she has an Honours Degree in Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in legal practice which led to a career with the Metropolitan Police. She also has 5 years’ experience within domiciliary care as an overseeing supervisor. Dawn is passionate about carers and nurses being trained to the highest levels in order to provide the best possible care for anyone in need of extra support. As the Healthcare Performance Supervisor she will be responsible for ensuring all carers and nurses are fully supervised in the field and are up to date with their training. Dawn is looking forward to bringing an enthusiastic approach to the role, whilst maintaining her own professional standards as well as those of Draycott Nursing & Care.
Ann Joined Draycott Nursing & Care in 2020, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in Andragogy, gained across both the Hospitality and Healthcare sectors. During this time she held various different positions, including management roles. On arrival to London in the eighties, she began to gain qualifications in teaching, coaching, facilitation, distance learning tutoring, mentorship as well as programme design. She has a passion for lifelong learning and believes in providing individuals with the tools to be resilient in their own personal development.
Theo moved to the UK from Brisbane, Australia in November 2018. He has completed a dual bachelor degree in nursing & paramedicine and has experience in oncology and cardiology/coronary care, which has allowed him to care for patients of all ages with various conditions. Theo is keen to incorporate his clinical knowledge to ensure Draycott Nursing & Care’s clients receive the highest possible standard of care.
Gabrielle moved to the UK from Melbourne, Australia having had previous experience as a Registered Nurse in Orthopaedic/Trauma. This experience has given her the opportunity to work with people of all ages and conditions. She has also spent time working as one of our carers before taking on the role as a Care Coordinator and looks forward to using these previous skills and knowledge gained to give Draycott clients the best care possible.
Faiza is a HR graduate and has joined the Draycott Nursing & Care in March 2020 as an HR Administrator. She is passionate about HR and looks forward to sharing her experience and learning from her previous HR roles. She has worked for a Charity and as an HR Assistant previously and feels passionately about care.
Ade joined Draycott Nursing and Care as the Payroll & Accounts Administrator in March 2015. She has a BSc in Business information systems and accounting. Ade deals with all Draycott Nursing and Care’s accounting as well as both staff payroll and clients’ accounts.
Sophie moved to London from Exeter, Devon in June 2020. She has experience working in recruitment administration for a car rental company and has 2 years’ experience of dental nursing. Before this, she worked on reception in a GP surgery. She is looking forward to utilising her skills and knowledge in her role as an Office Administrator.
Taslima is a highly motivated and driven individual with over 11 years’ experience within various management positions where she has been responsible for training, human resources and recruitment. She joins Draycott Nursing and Care to recruit compassionate and committed Nurses and Carers who will provide a high standard of care and support to our clients.
