Nurses and Carers.
Looking For More Responsibility?
At Draycott Nursing, we employ some of the best nurses and carers around. If you'd like to become one of the best, then read on. We provide care at home for patients with a wide range of illnesses, injuries and incapacities. Usually, you'll be working one-to-one with our clients, so it's essential you have good interpersonal skills. For our clients you will be the face of Draycott Nursing, so it's important you're able to behave professionally and apply our 'Four C's' - caring, calm, competent, confidential - in client contact. We require you to undergo a Criminal Records Bureau check.
Depending on our clients' needs and location, you may find yourself:
- living out, looking after several patients within a locality
- living out, looking after one person intensively
- living in to look after one client
- working in a team with other live-in or live-out Draycott Nursing staff.
We have customers throughout the UK, and some internationally. Rural or international patient care is always live-in.
You’ve no need to worry about losing your skills. At Draycott Nursing we run an intensive, continuing professional development training programme with a schedule of general and specialist courses. These courses may be run internally – we believe we are unique in our field, employing a full-time Nurse Tutor – or externally.
If it sounds like you’re right for Draycott Nursing, we offer:
- A competitive salary
- Weekly pay
- Paid holiday
- Flexible hours
- Training
- Career development opportunities
- The satisfaction of ongoing one-on-one patient care.
