Care Co-ordinator

Along with being caring and compassionate you will possess excellent communication and organisational skills. A professional and customer focussed approach is needed including absolute discretion, diplomacy and sensitivity in handling confidential matters and information.

You will ensure that high quality standards of care are delivered and maintained by working closely with the management team and in in the field. You will also ensure that suitability qualified carers and nurses are assigned to clients and high levels of customer service is maintained.

Clinical Manager

Driving the business towards successful expansion, including identifying potential new areas for expansion, implementation and coordination of new clinical care initiatives and supporting the geographical expansion.

The job holder will be supporting our Clinical Nurse Tutor to help develop the RGN's clinical skills to ensure we provide a comprehensive service for clients and the medical community and to act as a source of expertise with regard to clinical matters with in the domiciliary environment.
