We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join the HR team for a prestigious Private Healthcare company. Reporting to the Head of HR and Operations the successful candidate will be the primary contact for all HR administration queries. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to develop a career in HR.
You will have exposure to or experience within a HR Administrative role, proven customer service experience and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Commitment in developing their HR role as opportunity to study further will be available to the right candidate.
A high level of professionalism and confidentially is a pre-requisite as are strong Excel skills.
Driving the business towards successful expansion, including identifying potential new areas for expansion, implementation and coordination of new clinical care initiatives and supporting the geographical expansion.
The job holder will be supporting our Clinical Nurse Tutor to help develop the RGN's clinical skills to ensure we provide a comprehensive service for clients and the medical community and to act as a source of expertise with regard to clinical matters with in the domiciliary environment.
Along with excellent communication and organisational skills a professional and customer focussed approach is needed including absolute discretion, diplomacy and sensitivity in handling confidential matters and information
