Draycott Nursing and Care is recognised as a market leader in providing domiciliary, social and personal care at home.
Depending on their circumstances and age, our clients have a wide range of requirements from practical and physical support to social and emotional care. Daily tasks may include washing and bathing, light household duties, shopping, accompanying a client on a trip out or a friendly chat over a cup of tea. Our aim is to enable our clients to remain at home in a caring atmosphere with a meaningful lifestyle and maximum independence wherever possible.
As one of our Carers you must be sensitive and responsive to the race, culture, religion, age, disability, gender and sexuality of the client who is receiving care and their representatives.
Our Carers are the face of Draycott Nursing and Care.
We have the following opportunities for Carers;
Interviews, Selection and Training
We take great care in selecting our Carers. Contact us to learn more about your interview process which we usually carry out in our offices, but can also be done by Skype or FaceTime.
As a Carer, you will ideally have achieved NVQ Care Level 2 or 3 and have professional care experience in a domiciliary care setting. We require all applicants to possess a valid UK work visa and to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
Each Carer undergoes the Draycott Nursing and Care Induction, which is based on the Care Certificate, as part of the recruitment process. Ongoing training and support is given to all carers who join us.
