Nurses
With the continuing shift towards fewer and fewer hospital beds, at Draycott Nursing & Care we are actively seeking more nursing staff. Specifically, we want to recruit experienced registered nurses from all disciplines. Home nursing suits those who are seeking increased independence, responsibility and continuing patient contact.
We are also currently recruiting for the following positions:
Healthcare Assessment Manager (full-time)
We have a very exciting and varied role available for a Healthcare Assessment Manager to join our professional team in Chelsea.
You will be responsible for conducting supervisions and appraisals of our care staff and creating and reviewing client care plans and risk assessments. The role is very hands on and will involve both office based and field based work.
You will have previous experience in producing risk assessments and care plans as well as providing guidance and support to care staff.
You must be professional, computer literate, well presented and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RGN qualification is not essential but would be advantageous.
IV Therapist
Experienced and qualified IV therapist required to provide injections to clients in their own homes. Must have up to date skills and qualifications in IV and cannulation.
RGNs for dressings and injections
Registered Nurses free for short morning and evening shifts to provide dressings or injections to our clients in their homes. If you are a registered nurse looking for additional hours to supplement your current role or you would just like flexible working patterns then we would love to hear from you.
Overseas Nurses waiting for NMC PIN number
If you are an overseas qualified nurse or a newly qualified nurse waiting for your NMC PIN number then please get in touch as we may be able to offer you work while you wait.
Carers
In addition to nursing services, we also provide a range of domiciliary care services within a home healthcare environment. If you would like to work independently, caring for the ill or the injured in their own homes, then we would like to hear from you. In particular, we are looking for people who combine such skills as cooking, companionship, light domestic duties, shopping and home organisation on a one-to-one basis.
Live in Carers required for:
- Live-in carer required for delightful elderly lady, must have palliative care experience and hold a full UK driver’s licence. Location: Cumbria
- Elderly lady with short term memory loss, requires assistance with mobility, cooking and light housework. Location: London
- Client with Motor Neurone Disease requires help with transfers and hoisting. Location: Chelsea, London
- Elderly French lady, falls risk, requires live in to assist with mobility and general house-keeping. Location: Folkestone
Live out Carers for morning shifts
Are you available to work various shifts between the hours of 8am-1pm? If so, we have a number of Care shifts available helping our clients to get up and ready for the day.
